CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change. To ensure we can accommodate all clients, we require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. * Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee of $100 * No-Shows: Failure to show up for an appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. * How to Cancel/Reschedule: Please call at 817-703-6652 or email rae.merchant1217@gmail.com * Emergencies: We understand that unexpected emergencies occur.
